Page Creation in WordPress Use our existing templates (Elementor / Gutenberg / theme builder—details provided). Populate sections (H1/H2/H3, text blocks, CTAs, FAQs, tables, cards, accordions). Add and compress images (WebP preferred), set image alt text. On-Page SEO Set SEO title (50–60 chars), meta description (120–155 chars), and slug (keyword-focused, hyphenated). Configure OG tags (title, description, image). Add internal links (2–5 per page) to relevant service/location pages; add 1–2 outbound authority links when useful. Apply FAQPage schema for FAQ sections and LocalBusiness/Service schema where relevant (plugin or JSON-LD). Ensure unique titles/descriptions across all pages. Verify headings hierarchy and accessibility (one H1, logical H2/H3). Location/Service Page Production Produce sets like: [Service] in [City], [Industry] Security Services, About/Process/FAQ variants. Follow a consistent section order we define (Hero → Proof → Services → Process → FAQ → CTA). Quality Assurance Grammarly/LanguageTool pass; readability target: Grade 7–10. No lorem ipsum. No duplicated content. No broken links or images. Mobile responsiveness check for each page. Publish as Draft; flag any deviations needed. Documentation Maintain a tracking sheet (URL, status, reviewer, SEO title/meta, primary keyword, internal links added). Provide a brief change log per milestone. Deliverables 100+ draft pages using our templates, fully populated and SEO-ready. SEO metadata for each page (title, meta description, slug, OG tags). Internal linking map (source page → target page). Schema markup applied (where relevant). Completion tracker (CSV/Google Sheet) with page statuses and fields above.
