I have a finished invoice designed in Microsoft Word and I’m moving my billing over to InvoiceNinja. I need that exact layout reproduced as an InvoiceNinja–ready HTML template. What has to happen • Convert the Word design pixel-for-pixel—spacing, tables, logo placement, and line weights must match the original exactly. • Re-create any fonts, colors, and styling used in the document so that the web version is visually identical on modern browsers and within InvoiceNinja’s PDF engine. • Replace static text with the standard InvoiceNinja variables (e.g. $client.name, $invoice.number) so the template works dynamically. • Hand back a clean, well-commented HTML/CSS file (inline or separate CSS is fine) plus any asset files, ready for direct upload/import. • Include a brief note explaining where to paste or upload the code inside InvoiceNinja and, if relevant, how to adjust margins for PDF output. I’ll provide the Word file, logo, and any brand assets as soon as we start. If you have already built custom InvoiceNinja templates, that’s a bonus—please mention it and share a quick sample or link. The template needs to function within InvoiceNinja, meaning the table should be generated as needed, header and footer will need to be added in the right spots and company logo in the correct size needs to be added. If needed a demo environment for testing can be provided.
