Currently we take orders over the phone using Sage 50 (UK - Desktop Version) accounting software. We have recently built a WooCommerce store and would like to integrate with our Sage system set up in our office in Leicester. Primarily we would like to: - Synchronise web orders with Sage using XML data. - Update website stock if a local order is taken on Sage - Update website price if there is a price change on local Sage - Update website stock if there is stock adjustment on local Sage - New products added to Sage will be added to the website manually Sage (Desktop), out of the box, does not come with any sort of outside connectivity but we came across this desktop app which claims to synchronise Sage with any online store: https://www.adepttools.co.uk/adept-sage-50-xml-web-import-export/ We have not tried it out as we have no knowledge of how we can export each order as XML so that the above application can read and process it. In order to test your solution, you will have to download and install the above app (it's available 2 months free trial). You will also need a desktop Sage which we will provide. If you are familiar with Sage UK, we are open to any other solution you may suggest. In a nut-shell, we want to be able to take orders via our website as well as over the phone with Sage Desktop, and prices, stock levels on website are exactly how they are on our local Sage in our office. If you have previously connected Sage desktop products to web stores—or already built a WooCommerce connector—please let me know what approach you would take and the timeframe you need to deliver the finished solution.
