Overview We are launching an e-commerce store for ako & sila, a jewellery retail brand with six physical locations in Thailand. We need a fully functional WooCommerce store built from scratch, integrated with our existing Loyverse POS system, and capable of serving both retail and wholesale customers. Scope of Work WooCommerce Setup and Design Build a clean, professional WooCommerce store reflecting our jewellery brand identity. The store must be mobile-responsive and optimised for performance. We will provide branding assets. Loyverse Integration Implement a two-way sync between WooCommerce and Loyverse POS covering inventory levels, product data, and pricing. Stock updates made in Loyverse must reflect on the website automatically, and online orders must update stock in Loyverse. Product photos will be managed on the WooCommerce side and pushed or linked accordingly. Please specify which integration plugin or API method you intend to use and your experience with it. Product Categorisation Products exist in Loyverse but are not categorised there. Categories need to be created and managed within WooCommerce. Examples include brass rings, silver rings, stainless steel rings, gold-plated rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces. We expect approximately [X] SKUs at launch. The freelancer will need to build the category structure in consultation with us and map existing Loyverse products accordingly. Dual Customer Areas The store needs two distinct customer-facing areas. The retail area is the standard public-facing shop with normal pricing. The wholesale area requires customers to register and be approved before gaining access. Once approved, pricing adjustments apply based on either ongoing negotiated discount rates assigned to that account, or quantity-based pricing tiers. Both methods need to be supported. The solution should allow us to assign different discount levels to different wholesale accounts. B2B Marketplace Integration Connect the store to wholesale marketplaces, with Faire as the primary target. We are open to other relevant platforms such as Ankorstore or similar. Please outline your proposed approach for syncing inventory, orders, and product listings with these platforms. What We Need from You In your proposal, please include your experience with Loyverse integrations specifically, the plugins or tools you recommend for the wholesale pricing functionality, how you plan to handle the Faire and B2B marketplace connectivity, your estimated timeline broken down by phase, and your fixed price or detailed hourly estimate. Technical Requirements WordPress and WooCommerce, Loyverse API or a proven third-party connector, a wholesale plugin such as WooCommerce Wholesale Prices, B2B King, or equivalent, and Faire integration via their API or a connector tool such as Trunk, Skubana, or similar inventory middleware.
