*Getting a lot of proposals very fast which is appreciated but I need someone who is well-versed in Vincere AND Wix specifically as Vincere in particular is tricky to navigate. I’m looking for a practical, hands-on consultant who can streamline the way my Wix site talks to Vincere. The end goal is a set of reliable automated workflows so: • leads captured through custom Wix forms flow straight into Vincere, • new or updated job postings appear on the site without manual effort, and • candidate data stays in sync between both platforms. We can use Zapier, Make, or direct API connections—whichever achieves the smoothest result—and a small amount of custom code is fine if it closes any gaps the no-code tools leave behind. On the Wix side you’ll also help refine page layouts and build the custom forms that feed the automations. I have the basic designs mapped out; I need your Wix design know-how to make them look polished and your integration skills to wire everything up. Deliverables (acceptance criteria) 1. Fully functioning automated workflows for lead capturing, job postings, and candidate management, tested end-to-end. 2. At least one custom Wix form that delivers clean data into the correct Vincere fields. 3. Clear setup documentation so I can maintain or extend the integration later. If you’ve tackled Wix ↔ Vincere connections before, or have a solid grasp of similar CRM integrations, let’s talk about the best approach and timeline. *Our wix website is set up and is live, and it is currently synced through API with Vincere just with new Vincere jobs into a CMS using basic Wix Velo code. I have set this up but am finding breaks and issues. We are trying to use Engage portal to capture candidates to improve onboarding processes, but finding the integration of Wix and Engage difficult. I have a background in marketing and a relatively solid understanding of Wix and Vincere but do not know enough about capabilities and need more support.
