Tech stack You can take either route—Java (Swing/JavaFX) or Python (PyQt/PySide)—as long as the final EXE is stable and fast. I’ll supply brand assets and preliminary UI mock-ups; you focus on the engineering. Core feature set • Integrated photo-editing tools: filters & effects, precise cropping/resizing, and dependable red-eye removal, all updating in real time even with large JPEG or RAW files. • Intuitive page and spread layout with drag-and-drop, unlimited undo/redo, and live thumbnails. • Export engine that outputs high-resolution JPEG or PDF ready for print labs.
