I want to give my towing customers a seamless way to request roadside assistance and pay—all from WhatsApp. Here’s what I need built: • A conversational bot (using the WhatsApp Business API or a provider such as Twilio/Meta Cloud API) that greets the driver, collects basic details—location, vehicle type, problem description—and confirms service availability in real time. • Secure payment flow inside the chat so the customer can complete the transaction immediately. Stripe, PayPal, or another mainstream gateway is fine as long as card data stays fully PCI-compliant. • A lightweight CRM or database connection that stores each job request, customer contact, payment status, and dispatch notes for later reference. Google Sheets, Airtable, or a small MySQL instance would work; I’m open to your recommendation. • An operator dashboard (web or mobile-friendly) where my dispatch team can see incoming requests, mark jobs accepted/in-progress/completed, and trigger status updates that the bot sends back to the customer automatically. Deliverables: 1. Detailed technical plan outlining architecture, APIs, and hosting. 2. Functional prototype tied to a test WhatsApp number demonstrating the full request-to-payment flow. 3. Deployment guide and walkthrough so I can move it to my production WhatsApp Business account. 4. Post-launch hand-off: codebase, credentials, and concise documentation.
