I need an end-to-end automation built within four days that turns every payment receipt my customers send on WhatsApp into clean, reliable data. Scope of work • Help me open and fully configure a new WhatsApp Business API account, then connect it to n8n. • Inside n8n create a flow so that, whenever a customer sends a picture of a bank-transfer receipt, an OCR step reads it. I am flexible on the engine—Gemini, OpenAI or anything else that plugs smoothly into n8n is fine. • Parse and capture four fields from the image: customer name, amount paid, transaction ID and date. • Push those fields straight into Google Sheets and, if possible, mirror the same values in the customer section of my AppSheet app so my father in England can watch payments appear live. • Build in basic fraud-prevention logic (e.g. flag unreadable or suspicious receipts for manual review) to reduce fake submissions. Acceptance criteria – New WhatsApp Business API number is verified and live. – n8n workflow runs automatically on every incoming image message. – At least 95 % of clear receipts are parsed correctly for all four fields. – New rows show up in Google Sheets/AppSheet within one minute of the WhatsApp message. – A brief Loom or written guide explains how to tweak the flow or add more fields in the future. With this in place we eliminate manual entry, cut mistakes and give the business a more professional, real-time payment tracking system.
