I need a production-ready WhatsApp chatbot that becomes the first line of customer support for our logistics company. Its main job is to answer routine questions, share shipment updates pulled from our in-house tracking API, and verify deliveries that require OTP confirmation (only on the specific shipment classes we define, not every parcel). When a request goes beyond the bot’s scripted abilities, it must seamlessly hand the conversation to one of five human agents in the same WhatsApp thread. I already have the endpoints for tracking and status changes; the bot just needs to consume them securely and format the replies in plain language.
