I am looking for a reliable and responsive freelancer to manage front-line customer conversations on WhatsApp. The main responsibility is to reply promptly, politely, and accurately to customer inquiries related to product details, pricing, availability, and basic after-sales information. The freelancer will handle incoming WhatsApp messages during agreed working hours, guide customers to the right product or solution, and maintain a friendly, helpful, and non-pushy tone at all times. A product catalog, pricing sheet, and FAQ will be provided to ensure accurate responses. Responsibilities: Respond to all incoming WhatsApp messages within the shift time Maintain an average first response time under 5 minutes Provide correct product information using the provided catalog/FAQ Mark chats as “resolved” or “needs follow-up” in a shared Google Sheet Share a brief end-of-day summary highlighting pending questions or common issues Requirements: Good written English communication skills Experience with WhatsApp Business or WhatsApp Web preferred Attention to detail and strong customer service mindset Ability to follow instructions and maintain brand tone This is an ongoing role for someone who enjoys fast-paced customer communication and can represent the business professionally.
