I am building a WhatsApp-first matchmaking service for small business events. The goal is to automate meeting proposals, accept/decline replies, scheduling, and reminders — without requiring participants to register on any platform. What needs to be built 1. Automation logic • Trigger proposal messages when a row is marked “ready” • Parse replies (1 / 2 / 3 or text equivalents) • Send confirmation messages • Send reminders (e.g. 15 minutes before meetings) • Basic error handling and logging 4.
