I already run on the WhatsApp Business API and now need it properly connected to Meta so I can handle both automated replies and bulk messaging from one place. Here is what I expect: • Map my current WhatsApp Business API number into Meta Business Manager, verify it, and activate webhooks. • Build out the automated flow reply I have in mind so it can answer customers instantly—this includes template approval inside Meta and any required server-side logic. • Enable a straightforward method for sending large-volume marketing broadcasts that stays within Meta’s policy limits (24-hour window, opt-in, template use). You may use Node.js, Python, PHP or another language you’re comfortable with, as long as the final solution is documented and ready for me to reuse without coding knowledge. Access tokens, phone number IDs and test credentials will be provided once we start. Acceptance criteria 1. Incoming messages trigger the exact “Flow reply” I supply. 2. A simple dashboard, script or Postman collection lets me push bulk templates to a chosen list and shows delivery status. 3. All functions run error-free for 48 hours on my server before hand-off.
