I built my site on Webflow and now need a reliable hand to keep it in shape while bringing it fully in line with our brand. Immediate priority is a clean, image-driven project gallery that will serve as the first showcase on the homepage. I already have a basic brand guideline PDF; you’ll follow it for colours, tone, and voice, then suggest refinements where the document is light. Scope of work • Design updates – mainly sourcing, sizing, and adding new images, then adjusting sections so the gallery feels cohesive on desktop and mobile. • Content updates – swapping in fresh copy, updating project information, and making sure navigation labels and meta tags stay consistent with the brand voice. • Functionality updates – configuring the gallery through Webflow CMS so I can add new projects myself, checking responsiveness, and tightening page-load performance. Deliverables 1. Live project gallery set up in Webflow CMS with at least one project fully populated. 2. Revised pages and components that reflect brand colours, fonts, and imagery. 3. A short hand-off note (or loom video) showing me how to add future projects. 4. Ongoing monthly maintenance plan outline (I’ll confirm the hours once we launch the gallery).
