I’m building an end-to-end Web3 rental platform that lets users pay with real cryptocurrency. The core pieces—smart contracts, custody logic, dispute resolution, and an on-chain payment flow—are already sketched out, but I need an experienced technical project manager to turn those sketches into a production-ready system. Your day-to-day will revolve around three things: • Translating the product vision into a clear, sprint-based roadmap for the dev team • Owning the architecture decisions around smart contracts and off-chain services • Guiding implementation of an Ethereum-based payment flow and making sure every on-chain transaction is predictable, low-friction, and secure Because you listed Crypto payments as your strongest area and have hands-on Ethereum payment experience, I’m especially interested in how you have solved real-world checkout or settlement challenges: gas management, stable pricing, escrow logic, or any layer-2 integrations. Familiarity with other rails such as Bitcoin or stablecoins is a plus but not mandatory; Ethereum is our starting point. We work lean and iterate quickly, so I value builders who pair strategic thinking with genuine technical curiosity. If you have previously acted as a PM, CTO, or lead engineer on blockchain or dApp projects and enjoy getting into the weeds—reviewing Solidity code, diagramming data flows, or writing acceptance criteria—this will be a good fit. When you apply, briefly outline: • The most relevant Web3 projects you’ve led • A specific Ethereum payment or smart-contract challenge you solved • Tools you’re comfortable with (e.g., Hardhat, Foundry, Ethers.js, GraphQL, Jira) I’m aiming to kick off the first sprint as soon as the role is filled and will structure milestones around design review, contract audit readiness, and mainnet launch. I'd love to ask and discuss with the candidates and decide the next step.
