Web AR Wrist Watch Overlay

I’m putting together a browser-based augmented-reality try-on that lets shoppers see a 3D watch sitting naturally on their wrist. The flow is simple: the user points any recent iOS or Android phone at their hand, the wrist is detected in real time, and the watch model locks in place and follows subtle movements without noticeable drift. The build must be done in Unity and exported to WebGL/WebXR so it opens with a tap—no app download—while still giving me the power of AR Foundation or equivalent libraries for tracking accuracy. I will supply the watch model; you’ll handle wrist-segmentation logic, pose estimation, shader tweaks, and overall optimisation so it stays under typical mobile browser memory limits. Deliverables • Unity project folder ready for WebGL deployment • Minified Web build I can drop onto my server (index.html, supporting files) • Documentation covering wrist-tracking approach, model preparation steps, and how to swap assets Acceptance criteria – Wrist recognised within one second in moderate lighting – Watch stays aligned through 30°-40° roll/pitch of the arm – Tested successfully on Safari iOS 16+ and Chrome Android 12+ If you have prior WebAR wrist or hand-tracking demos, share them so I can gauge tracking quality. I’m ready to start as soon as we confirm feasibility.
