Wax Casting 3D Print Tree

I have several finished STL files—small, detailed artistic sculptures—and now need them merged into a single, well-balanced “tree” that can be printed in standard jewelry wax and taken straight to investment casting. The job is all about smart sprue placement, drainage, and printer-ready orientation so the cast retains every surface detail. I’ll supply the individual STL files; you return a clean, manifold master file with properly sized sprues, vents, and a central trunk that fits within a 120 mm height envelope for my wax-resin SLA machine. Deliverables • One watertight STL of the complete tree, ready to slice • A quick screenshot or viewer file showing part orientation and overall dimensions • Brief notes on recommended layer height, exposure, and burnout schedule for standard jewelry wax Acceptance criteria – Mesh passes Netfabb or similar repair check (no holes, inverted normals, overlaps) – Sprues leave at least 0.8 mm clearance for wax flow and cleanup – Overall tree prints without unsupported overhangs exceeding 45° Once I confirm the tree meets these points, the project is done.
