I have a residential project that needs twelve evocative water-colour concept visuals—nine interiors and three exteriors. You will receive the floor plans, existing photos, and a concise brief for each space, so you never have to guess what I’m after. Interior focus The bedrooms, lounge and kitchen scenes should spotlight furniture and décor first, allowing the architecture to recede into a soft wash. Think loose brushwork that still captures fabric textures, joinery finishes and accent pieces clearly enough for clients to recognise their future rooms. Exterior focus For the three outside perspectives, I’m asking you to play up the architecture: façades, window proportions, rooflines and material changes should read instantly, while landscaping can remain suggestive. Subtle atmospheric colour is welcome, but the building details must carry the composition. Workflow & timing • Initial thumbnail or low-res sketch for each image: due within the first week so I can confirm angles and colour palettes. • Final full-resolution water-colour renders (print-ready at A3, 300 dpi, layered PSD or high-quality PNG/JPEG): delivered no later than four weeks from project start. Cost & trial I am working to a tight budget, so an economical approach is critical. A small free test—one cropped area or partial sketch—is essential before we proceed; it lets both of us confirm style compatibility. Tools Whether you paint traditionally and scan, or work digitally in Procreate, Photoshop, Corel Painter or similar, I’m flexible as long as the final files meet resolution and colour-accuracy requirements. If the timeline and trial arrangement suit you, let’s talk so I can share the plans and reference package right away.
