I already have an approved design for a modern villa of just under 3,000 sq ft and now need a skilled architectural draftsman or architect to turn that concept into a fully coordinated set of shop drawings. The scope covers block-work plans, precise tile layouts, all relevant enlarged details and clear sections that a contractor can build from without additional clarification. You will work from my design files and produce the final drawing set in AutoCAD (DWG) along with ready-to-print PDFs. Accuracy to dimension, clean layer management and a layout that follows standard architectural conventions are essential because these drawings go straight to site.
