Essential specs • Platforms: native-quality builds for both iOS and Android (I’m open to React Native, Flutter, or two fully native codebases if that’s faster to market). • Secure sign-up/sign-in via email & password, social media, and South-Africa-friendly phone number OTP verification. • Separate dashboards for customers and professionals; an admin web panel to oversee listings, payouts, disputes and analytics. • Scalable backend (Firebase, AWS, or your recommended stack) with SMS and push integrations that work locally. • Stripe, PayFast or comparable gateway for split payouts (minus commission) and automated daily settlement.
