I need our current Squarespace 7.0 site rebuilt on Squarespace 7.1. Because the platform’s native migration caps at 100 pages, the project will involve spinning up a fresh 7.1 install and manually—or semi-automatically—moving everything over while keeping every public URL structure, meta tag, and internal link intact. While we only see about 80 pages that need to be moved over, some of them have multiple blocks, so Squarespace currently sees 230 pages (for example, the home page is counted as 12 pages). What absolutely must keep working: Insights, case studies, thought pieces, contact forms, and our Services area. Dedicated collections and tag structures need to be recreated one-to-one. Our visual identity—logo, color palette, and typography—also has to look exactly the same or better on the new Fluid Engine templates. Squarespace tools such as the Bulk Content Downloader, Import/Export .xml, code injector, and any light CSS are fair game; just no custom code that would break normal Squarespace updates. Deliverables & acceptance criteria • Fully launched Squarespace 7.1 site with every existing page live and reachable from the main navigation or site search • Blog posts, categories, tags, and RSS feed functioning exactly as in 7.0 • All contact forms rebuilt and successfully emailing our team inboxes • Services, case study, thought piece, and staff pages reproduced with correct layouts and media • Logo, colors, and fonts matching current brand guidelines across desktop and mobile • Redirects or slug preservation in place so search rankings remain stable • Final walkthrough with me on Zoom plus a short handoff doc outlining any template tweaks you made When you reply, please outline your approach, estimated timeline, and cost breakdown for initial build, content migration, and QA. I’ll supply full site admin access and brand files once we agree on the scope. Extensive Squarespace experience is a must.
