Scope of work 1. Recommend and install a modern theme or page builder (e.g., Elementor, GeneratePress, or similar) that is 100 % compatible with PHP 8.1. 2. Migrate all current content, images, and menus; replicate page layouts so users experience minimal change. 3. Configure or rebuild the registration forms, calendar and resource sections so they mirror the current “feel” while leveraging updated plugins. 4. Ensure the site is fully responsive, loads quickly, and passes basic accessibility checks. 5. Provide a short hand-off guide covering theme settings, plugin list, and how to update pages in the new setup. Acceptance criteria • Site runs error-free on PHP 8.1. • Visual design and navigation match the existing site closely. • Webinar and workshop sign-up flows are tested end-to-end. • All pages score 90 + on Google PageSpeed for both mobile and desktop. I’ll supply a full back-up of the current site plus admin credentials on the new host. Once the rebuilt version is live and verified, the project is complete.
