I already have the core 3D assets in hand—a single TDM map, a player model and one gun—so the focus of this job is assembling a lean, fully-playable team-death-match shooter for Android in Unity. I want the action presented strictly in third-person perspective and the interface kept minimalist: health, ammo, team score, match timer and nothing more. Scope • Plug the supplied assets into a clean Unity project and wire up third-person movement, aiming and shooting (fire, reload, damage). • Build out Photon multiplayer so two teams can join, track kills and show a running score until the match timer expires. • Handle respawn logic and a simple lobby or quick-play flow. • Create the lightweight UI to surface only essential information and deliver both the Unity project and a signed APK ready for install on Android phones. Nice-to-haves such as Battle Royale, extra modes or high-end graphics are out of scope; I’m aiming for something functional and performant rather than feature-heavy. Acceptance criteria • Seamless 4 v 4 (or more) online play with stable sync over Photon. • Character moves, shoots and reloads smoothly at 60 fps on common mid-range Android devices. • Scores, timer and basic HUD display correctly and reset between matches. • Final hand-off includes full Unity source, Photon settings and an APK I can install and test immediately. Timeline I’m flexible on delivery dates, so take the time you need to build it right. Quality and stability matter more than speed.
