I need a single, web-based platform that gives each department in my company its own workspace while sharing one central database. Inventory The inventory module must push low stock alerts, order status updates, and product expiry alerts in real time. At a glance I should see current quantities, movement history, and minimum-level thresholds I can set per SKU. Procurement Buyers should create and track purchase orders from request to receipt, manage supplier profiles, and review full purchase history. When a PO is raised, the system must cross-reference inventory and highlight items flagged by the low stock alerts. Status changes have to sync automatically so both teams see the same data also alert supplier when they holiday and seasons months alert . Sales Reps will log each sale and instantly view their commissions alongside sales records and performance metrics.
