I have a two-storey HMO in Manchester and I need a clean, accurate 2D floorplan produced from my notes and rough sketches. The finished drawing must show every room with its exact internal dimensions and clearly marked door and window positions. In addition, I want the full electrical and plumbing layout plotted on the same plan so contractors can quote straight from the drawing. Please work to recognised architectural scale in metric units and supply the final file in both PDF for easy sharing and DWG (or similar editable format) so we can tweak it later if regulations change. If you normally create a layered CAD file, keep the services on separate layers for easy toggling. I will send you the existing hand sketches, room measurements and a couple of photos as soon as we agree to proceed. Acceptance criteria: • Both floors shown to scale, north arrow included • All rooms labelled with width and length to one-decimal precision • Sockets, switches, lighting points, consumer units, plumbing runs and key valves clearly symbolised and listed in a legend • PDF ready for printing at A3 and DWG/DXF editable in AutoCAD or similar Turnaround within a week would be ideal, but let me know if you need longer.
