Summary We are building a Twilio-powered internal SMS platform to replace our current texting provider within 30 days. This system will handle: •10,000–12,000 outbound SMS per day (initial) Scaling to 20,000+ per day (5 days/week) • 300–350 texts per number per day This is NOT a basic SMS integration. We need someone with real production experience building high-volume Twilio messaging systems.
