I’m looking for a remote assistant who can take full ownership of my scheduling and calendar management inside Trello. Every appointment, deadline, and follow-up lives there, so accuracy is critical: when something is off by even a few minutes it throws the rest of the board—and my day—into disarray. Here’s what I need from you each week: • Review incoming requests and slot them into the correct Trello lists, adding labels, due dates, and checklists exactly as I’ve defined. • Reconcile any conflicts by flagging them for me or proposing alternative times in the card comments. • Keep recurring events up to date, archiving cards once tasks are complete so the board stays clean. • Provide a concise end-of-day summary (just a single Trello card) noting changes made, items awaiting my approval, and anything that needs escalation. Acceptance criteria: • No missed or duplicated events over a rolling 30-day period. • All cards follow my naming and label conventions. • Daily summary delivered by 6 p.m. in my timezone. If you’ve managed complex boards before and can demonstrate impeccable attention to detail, I’d love to work with you.
