I am redesigning the front façade of my property and want a fresh, visually balanced traditional elevation that still takes advantage of generous window openings. The overall composition should read classic—think timeless proportions and ornamental touches—but the windows can be larger than is typical in order to pull more natural light inside. I already know the palette: calm, neutral tones that age well and don’t fight the neighborhood context. Feel free to play with subtle shifts in stone, brick, or painted trim so long as the scheme stays restrained. What I need from you are clear, presentation-ready drawings and visuals that allow me and my builder to move straight into construction detailing. At minimum I expect a dimensioned 2D elevation (PDF and DWG), a materials legend keyed to that drawing, and one or two high-resolution 3D renders showing daylight and evening ambience. If you prefer Revit, SketchUp, or any similar tool, that’s fine; just be sure export formats are easy for my contractor to open. Accuracy of scale, consistency between drawings, and a window schedule reflecting the enlarged openings will form the main acceptance criteria. Turnaround within a week is ideal, but let me know realistically how long you’ll need and any questions you have before starting.
