I run a POD art-prints brand called MadebyYork and need a performance marketer who can own the full Instagram (Tiktok) acquisition loop from ad creation to the moment a visitor hits the “Add to cart” button. Tiktok is our primary channel. Short-form creative is key: I want a steady flow of high-impact Reels and authentic UGC-style videos we can rotate and test against each other. Beyond the ad account, I also need you to squeeze more conversions out of our product pages. That means sharpening copy, swapping or upgrading visuals and adjusting CTA placement or styling so that every click from Instagram has the best chance to turn into a sale.
