The job goes beyond simple typing; it’s a true data-processing task that will require you to: • standardise spelling, capitalisation and punctuation • remove duplicates or near-duplicates • split or merge columns where fields have been combined incorrectly • flag any ambiguous or unreadable entries for my review • return the final, cleaned file in both Excel and CSV, along with a brief change log outlining the steps you took Everything is text—no numeric or image fields—so strong command of regular expressions, Excel functions, or scripts in Python/R is welcome if that speeds things up while preserving accuracy.
