Build a Telegram bot that uses AI to help manage and engage a community. The bot should reduce manual work, handle common queries, monitor chats, and perform routine moderation tasks. Core Requirements: 1. AI Chat Responses • Bot should answer member questions automatically. • Responses must be context-aware, not generic canned replies. • Model can be local or API-based (OpenAI, Claude, Groq, etc.). 2. Auto-Moderation • Detect and warn for spam, repeated messages, scams, abusive language, promo links. • Ability to mute/kick/ban based on rules. • Admin should be able to configure rule sensitivity. 3. Keyword & Trigger Actions • If users mention certain phrases, bot replies with predefined answers. • Example: “How to order?” → Send Order Instructions message. 4. Admin Panel / Control Dashboard • Web dashboard or Telegram-based admin panel. • View chat logs, modify triggers, modify predefined replies, adjust moderation settings. 5. Multi-Group Support • Should be deployable across multiple Telegram groups. • Each group should have separate settings. 6. Logging • All moderation actions + deleted messages must be logged to a private admin group or dashboard. 7. Performance • Must not get rate-limited. • Should keep uptime 24/7 (you must handle deployment: VPS / Docker is okay).
