I am looking for an experienced developer to create a Telegram bot that manages access to two channels: one free (ad-supported) and one premium (ad-free). The bot will use the new Telegram Stars (XTR) system for payments and feature a referral system to incentivize growth. Key features and functionality: The core requirement is the full implementation of the Telegram Stars (XTR) payment flow, specifically for a single, one-time transaction that grants permanent access to the premium channel. The developer must handle invoices, pre-checkout queries, and successful payment confirmations via the Telegram Bot API. Once a payment is verified, the bot should automatically provide a unique invite link to the premium channel and log the user as a "lifetime member" in the database. A referral system is required in order to track a users invites to the bot and automatically reward a user with access to the ad supported channel once 3 legitimate invites have been reached. A secure Admin Menu is required to manage the business. This dashboard should display a leaderboard of top referrers and a detailed history of all Star payments. The admin should be able to see total revenue, view a list of all lifetime members, and have the ability to manually grant or revoke access if necessary. The admin menu can be integrated into the bot.
