Platform Coordinator — Travel T ech Startup (Remote) Travel Confirmation Services FZE · UAE Registered · Contract Role The Company Travel Confirmation Services (TCS) is a UAE-registered travel technology platform launching a booking system that sells verifiable flight reservations, hotel confirmations, and travel insurance certificates to visa applicants across 7 language markets (English, Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Hindi, Russian, Turkish). The platform is pre-launch and moving fast. The Role This is a full remote coordination role for the first 3 months (~40 hrs/week), transitioning to ongoing operations (~20–25 hrs/week) with a path to Head of Operations. You will be the CEO’s primary point of contact for building and running the entire platform operation — from tech stack setup through API supplier coordination, contractor management, and launch execution. The CEO travels frequently and is not available for daily supervision. You work independently and escalate early. What You’ll Do Months 1–3 (Setup Phase) Build and maintain the project tracker (Notion) and credential vault (1Password) Set up all platform tools: Google Workspace, SendGrid, Crisp, Zoho Books, GA4/GTM, Hotjar, Trustpilot Coordinate API supplier conversations with flight (Mystifly, Duffel), hotel (TBO, Stuba, RateHawk, DidaTravel), and insurance providers — intro and follow-up only; CEO handles all commercial terms Source, test, onboard, and manage language contractors for 6 markets (Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Hindi, Russian, Turkish) Source shortlists for UAE lawyer, Marketing Specialist, and Customer Support VA — CEO makes all final hires Oversee developer progress against a structured launch checklist Write all 8 operational SOPs Coordinate launch testing across all 4 product tiers, 7 languages, and all payment methods Month 4+ (Operations Phase) Daily platform monitoring (Cloudflare, Hostinger, Crisp inbox, booking spot-checks) Weekly contractor briefing and delivery review Monthly reporting: Zoho Books reconciliation, SaaS audit, SEO check, marketing performance Ongoing supplier relationship management post-launch Must-Have Skills Proven experience coordinating multi-vendor tech projects remotely Comfortable with SaaS tool setup (Google Workspace, SendGrid or similar email platforms, Notion, project trackers) Strong written English — all CEO communication is text only, no voice messages Experience managing freelancers or contractors across multiple deliverables Highly organised — you build and maintain the systems, not just use them Able to work independently without daily supervision and flag problems early Nice to Have Experience with travel tech, OTA, or API-connected platforms Familiarity with i18n or multilingual website operations Basic understanding of payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay) Knowledge of GDPR/PIPL compliance requirements Boundaries — Important You do not sign any contracts or agreements You do not negotiate commercial terms with any supplier You do not create payment accounts (Stripe, banking) — CEO handles all KYC personally You do manage day-to-day operations, contractors, and platform monitoring within defined authority Contract Terms Setup Phase: ~40 hrs/week for 3 months Ongoing: ~20–25 hrs/week from Month 4 Communication: WhatsApp (urgent), daily written status form by 7pm UAE time — every working day Payment: End of each calendar month on confirmed completion Claude Pro subscription: $20/month provided by CEO via Payoneer To Apply Include a short cover note addressing: 1.
