A simple admin override panel is required for dispute handling. • Real-time chat between poster and tasker with push notifications. • Job feed filtered by distance, category, and budget, plus a clean posting flow (title, description, price, photos, deadline). • Tasker side: accept/decline jobs, status updates, earnings dashboard. • Poster side: track progress, approve completion, ratings & reviews for both parties. • Basic service fee logic (percentage configurable in admin). • GDPR-compliant data handling and standard security hardening (HTTPS, hashed passwords, PCI-compliant payment gateway SDKs). Acceptance criteria 1. Apps pass App Store & Play Store review. 2. End-to-end flow—from posting a task to fund release—works without manual intervention. 3. Performance remains smooth with 1,000 concurrent users in a simple load test. 4. Complete source code, build scripts, and brief setup documentation supplied.
