I’m developing a new commercial building and I want every drawing—from early concept through polished presentation—in flawless 2D and 3D AutoCAD, with all communication carried out in Tamil. Your task is to translate my ideas into clear construction-ready documents while also giving me compelling visuals for client meetings. Scope • Produce accurate floor plans, exterior elevations and full interior layouts in AutoCAD. • Model the same content in 3D so I can review massing, finishes and circulation before sign-off. • Iterate with me in Tamil during each review round to ensure every annotation, dimension and label matches local standards and my own shorthand. Deliverables 1. DWG and PDF sets of floor plans, elevations and interior layouts. 2. A 3D AutoCAD file (and optional FBX/OBJ export) reflecting the final 2D drawings. 3. One high-resolution rendering per key space for presentation boards. Acceptance criteria • All drawings align with the latest commercial code references I supply. • Layer naming, line weights and fonts follow my template (I’ll send it on award). • Final files open error-free in AutoCAD 2021 or later.
