AI & Automation Expert: TallyPrime Cloud + Shopify + Bluedart Reporting Engine Project Description: We are a growing E-commerce operation using TallyPrime Cloud. We already have TDL-based integrations in place to sync data from Shopify and Bluedart into Tally. We are now looking for a specialized Automation Consultant / Data Engineer to move us from "Data Entry" to "Automated Intelligence." We need a custom reporting layer that sits on top of our Tally data to provide real-time business insights. The Mission: Build an automated "E-commerce Command Center" that pulls data from TallyPrime Cloud (via XML/ODBC/API) and correlates it with Shopify/Bluedart data for advanced MIS reporting. Key Deliverables: Automated SKU Profitability: A report that calculates true net margin per product (Sale Price - COGS from Tally - Shipping from Bluedart - Shopify Fees). RTO & Refund Reconciliation: An automated "Exception Report" flagging orders marked as returned in Bluedart but missing a Credit Note in Tally. Cash Flow Forecasting: An AI-driven projection of upcoming payouts vs. vendor liabilities based on Tally’s Ledger. Automated Alerts: Daily WhatsApp/Email snapshots of "Net Profit" and "High-Value Pendency." Technical Requirements: Deep expertise in TallyPrime XML/ODBC interface and Tally API. Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Python (Pandas) for financial data processing. Familiarity with Shopify API and Bluedart (or similar courier) tracking APIs. Ability to work with Tally on Cloud environments. Understanding of E-commerce accounting (GST, RTO, Marketplace settlements). Project Type: This is a part-time, milestone-based project. We prefer a "Discovery & Architecture" phase first, followed by implementation of specific reports.
