I want to put in place an intuitive platform that helps me spot the right talents and introduce them to the companies that need them. The core of the project is a matching engine able to cross-reference candidate profiles with open positions, then present the best fits in a clean, actionable interface. What I need built • Candidate side: profile creation, résumé upload, skills & availability input, simple dashboard to track application status. • Company side: job posting form, smart filters for required skills/experience, shortlist management, built-in chat to begin the conversation right away. • Admin side: overview of all accounts, manual match override, analytics on placement success. A performant search algorithm and a solid relational database (or an equivalent NoSQL approach if that suits you better) sit at the heart of the tool. I’m stack-agnostic at this point; JavaScript with Node, a Python framework, PHP – I’m open, as long as the final product is fast, secure and easy to maintain. Acceptance criteria 1. End-to-end user journey tested for both candidates and recruiters, including account creation, posting, matching and messaging. 2. Responsive UI usable on desktop and mobile. 3. Clear deployment guide plus clean, well-commented code in a public or private repo.
