Key requirements • A dedicated Services section where I can highlight technical support, consulting, integration work, and any future offerings. • Real-time engagement via built-in live-chat. I’m open to a best-fit solution—Tawk.to, Zendesk Chat, or a custom module—as long as visitors can start a conversation from any page and I can manage chats from desktop and mobile. • Clear calls-to-action (contact, quote request, book a meeting) and a lightweight back-end so my team can update copy, add case studies and post news without touching code. WordPress, Webflow, or a comparable CMS works—use what lets me grow without vendor lock-in. Look & feel Sleek, business-class visuals: think calm blues, subtle animation, strong typography, concise copy blocks, all responsive so it’s seamless on mobile. Acceptance criteria 1. Live site on my domain, SSL enabled. 2. At least five core pages (Home, Services, About, Blog/News, Contact) plus placeholders for future event content. 3. Live-chat fully functional and tested on desktop and mobile. 4. Page-load time under three seconds on a standard speed test. 5. Handover includes admin credentials, style guide and a quick video or written walkthrough. Once the build is complete, I’d like the option to add a knowledge base or service request forms, so structured, scalable code is essential.
