Our operational data is rich but under-utilised, and it is holding back the efficiency of our supply chain. I want to turn that raw information into clear, timely intelligence that lets us spot bottlenecks, trim lead times, and cut avoidable costs. The mission is straightforward: improve day-to-day business operations by giving every decision in procurement, warehousing, and distribution a data-backed foundation. You will start by auditing the data we already collect across ordering, fulfilment and logistics. From there, I need a clean, well-structured dataset, robust enough to feed forecasting models and real-time dashboards. Whether you prefer SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau or a similar stack is up to you, as long as the final output is intuitive for non-technical users and easy for our in-house team to maintain. Deliverables • A consolidated, documented dataset covering our end-to-end supply chain. • Interactive dashboards and/or reports that highlight key KPIs such as inventory turns, supplier lead times and on-time delivery. • A concise findings report with actionable recommendations and quantified impact estimates. • A brief hand-over call or video walkthrough so our team can keep the solution running smoothly. Acceptance criteria: dashboards refresh automatically from our live operational systems, forecasts achieve measurable accuracy improvements over current manual methods, and recommendations translate into a clear, practical action plan. If this sounds like your specialty, outline the approach you would take and examples of similar supply-chain projects you have delivered.
