I'm seeking an experienced structural engineer to create detailed structural plans for a building/house expansion. The project involves a multi-story residential property with commercial elements. Project to include multi story deck, pool, spa, above ground tree, and above ground concrete/stone decking. Key Requirements: - Integration of steel framing and concrete pouring - Seismic design considerations - Load/wind design considerations - Reinforced footer design considerations - Foundation design considerations - Dynamic load design considerations - Decking design considerations - Detailed building connections between new structure and existing structure design considerations - PE (Professional Engineer) stamp design considerations Ideal Skills and Experience: - Expertise in both steel and concrete structural design - Experience with seismic design - Background in residential and commercial structural engineering - Background in multi story building structures - Background in above ground (greater than 10’) structural load for pool, spa, and soil/tree placement - Preferred background in pre-engineered metal building framing, decking, and above ground concrete deck/flooring Please provide examples of previous work, references, and relevant qualifications.
