I already have a printable-looking STL, yet it still needs genuine structural work. Your task is to open the model, clean up any non-manifold or intersecting geometry you discover, and then introduce the new features I will specify—mainly holes or cut-outs in set locations and diameters. Once the cut-outs are in place, run a final mesh check to be sure the file remains watertight and error-free, then export the updated STL (and optionally a STEP or OBJ if that helps you validate edge integrity). I’ll provide a marked-up image or drawing with exact positions and sizes the moment we start. Deliverables • Repaired, manifold STL with requested holes/cut-outs • Screenshot or brief report confirming all mesh checks pass in your preferred tool (Netfabb, Meshmixer, Blender, etc.) I’m ready to move quickly, so tell me which software you’d use and how long the turnaround will be.
