I need a robust stainless-steel enclosure designed around an existing plastic component, fully aligned with our internal design standards. I will supply the current plastic part files, mounting constraints, envelope limits, and our guideline document; the job is to turn those inputs into a production-ready 3D model and prove that it can take the loads we expect in service. The core tasks are: • 3D CAD modelling of the enclosure, integrating all fasteners, cut-outs, and assembly features. • Finite-element verification focused on two points:  – Maximum weight capacity under static loading  – Impact resistance for the specified drop scenario • Updates to the model if the analysis shows anything outside the agreed safety factor. • A concise report that explains the assumptions, boundary conditions, results, and recommended material thicknesses.
