Stabilize Laravel Server Load

Our in-house service platform—an Android APK linked to a Laravel site—has begun dropping its connection several times a day. Usage is light (about 30 staff members), yet Bluehost support has to kill runaway processes daily because the processor count shoots past the limit. Here is the current state: • Codebase upgraded from a three-year-old release to Laravel 12 with all packages brought up to date. • Database rebuilt from scratch during the migration. • Hosting moved from a .in to a .com account on Bluehost. • Cloudflare configured, but its caching has not eased the load. Despite all that, the app still disconnects randomly throughout the day. Those interruptions halt data entry, internal messaging, and report generation—the core functions we rely on. The assignment is to trace and eliminate the root cause of the CPU spikes so the site and APK remain stable under normal traffic. An effective solution may involve query optimisation, code refactoring, queue and scheduler review, server configuration tuning, or any combination of these. Deliverables • A concise diagnostic report highlighting the exact bottlenecks (code, database, configuration, or infrastructure). • Implemented fixes committed to our repository and deployed to production. • A verification period showing 24 hours of uninterrupted uptime under typical use, backed by Bluehost metrics or a similar monitoring tool.
