I need complete engineering for stainless-steel tanks above 1 000 L, each fitted with an appropriate agitator for chemical-processing duties focused on high-efficiency mixing and blending. Starting from my basic process data, you will size the vessel, select the impeller type, calculate power/torque, and then turn the results into shop-ready drawings. Deliverables • 3D model and GA drawing (STEP or SolidWorks) • Detailed fabrication drawings with weld symbols, nozzle schedule, and bill of materials (AutoCAD DWG/PDF) • Agitator layout, shaft sizing, and motor/gearbox specification sheet • Simple strength check for shell, nozzles, and agitator shaft (ASME VIII or EN 13445—whichever you normally use) • One round of revision after my in-house review I will supply the process temperature, pressure, and fluid properties once the project starts. Please base your design on readily available stainless grades; 304L is preferable but I’m open to 316L if corrosion data demands it. Accuracy and clarity of drawings are the key acceptance criteria, as the fabricator will work directly from your files.
