I am developing the first release for a new designer label and need a complete design-to-production package for a line of sporty sneakers. The silhouette should feel performance-inspired yet premium, carrying subtle brand details that will set us apart when the shoes hit retail. The project moves from concept to factory-ready documentation. I will share mood boards, target consumer profiles, and branding assets as soon as we begin. You will then translate those references into several concept directions, refine the chosen look into accurate CAD drawings, and build a detailed tech pack that a manufacturer can quote and sample without extra clarification. Materials in play are leather, synthetic overlays, and textile or fabric panels; I expect thoughtful recommendations on how to mix these for durability, breathability, and visual appeal. Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and any 3D footwear tools (e.g., Rhino, CLO-Shoes, KeyShot) will be valuable for quick iteration and photoreal renders, but the core need is precise line art and specification work. Deliverables • 3–4 concept sketches with colorway suggestions • Final CAD files (AI/PDF) showing every view and call-out • Comprehensive tech pack: last reference, pattern pieces, size grading, material list, pantone codes, stitching instructions, packaging notes, and BOM • Optional 3D render(s) for marketing/ sampling sign-off Acceptance criteria: the tech pack must be clear enough for at least two independent factories to return accurate quotations without follow-up questions. If you have recent sneaker tech packs you can share (with any sensitive branding redacted), that will speed up onboarding.
