I already have native SolidWorks (SLDPRT) models of a small pharmaceutical bottle and its flip-top cap; they now need a thorough geometry refresh. Scope of work • Change to bottle shape: increase both bottle and cap outside diameter to a precise 65 mm while keeping overall height unchanged and maintaining a clean, manufacturable profile. • Adjust cap design: repair the living hinge so it flexes smoothly in simulation, re-work the flap geometry for better snap-fit, and add two small locating features I will show on a sketch. • Modify threading mechanism: thicken the male/female threads so they will mould reliably and engage without cross-threading. • Reduce wall thickness: bottle body should be a uniform 1 mm yet still pass SolidWorks draft and thickness analysis with no shell errors. All three dimensional changes above are equally critical; none can be treated as optional. Deliverables 1. Deliver STL files for both bottle and cap. They will be 3D printed for accuracy. 2. Make any corrections. 3. Updated SLDPRT files for bottle and cap, fully parametric. 4. A brief PDF or eDrawing that highlights the modified areas and confirms the new 65 mm diameter, 1 mm wall, and reinforced threads. 5. STEP and IGS export for tooling partners. I will test the hinge with the SolidWorks motion study and run draft analysis on the threads; the job is complete once both parts rebuild without errors and pass these checks.
