I have two large power generators that must sit side-by-side in an undergound parking, and I need a complete steel enclosure designed for them in SolidWorks. The core objective is noise reduction, so every panel, seam, and baffle you model should work toward keeping sound levels down while still allowing the units to operate safely. You will start from the basic overall dimensions I supply, then develop a full 3-D model that factors in service clearances and lifting points. I will also need production-ready drawings and CAM data so a fabricator can cut, bend, and weld the steel with no guesswork. Expect to iterate with me on gasket placement, acoustic lining thickness, and any airflow paths we add later for cooling; but the acoustic performance must always come first. Deliverables • Native SolidWorks assembly and part files • Flat-pattern CAM/DXF sheets for laser or plasma cutting • Detailed fabrication drawings with weld symbols, hardware call-outs, and BOM If you have previous experience designing noise-controlled steel housings—or can prove strong sheet-metal skills in SolidWorks—let’s talk timelines and file exchange so we can get this enclosure into production quickly.
