Deliverables • Baseline performance report benchmarking current PR, degradation rate and availability, complete with visualisations • Actionable optimisation roadmap that prioritises fixes, estimates capex/opex and forecasts output gains • Lightweight KPI dashboard (Excel or Power BI) that the team can refresh without extra licences If you’ve worked with IEC 61724 metrics or directly wrangled SCADA feeds before, that’s a big plus.
