I’m looking for a full-stack developer (or small team) to create a social networking platform from the ground up. The end goal is a complete, ready-to-launch site where people can connect around shared tasks and see those tasks through to completion together. Core modules I need implemented are: • User profiles – secure sign-up/login, profile editing, avatars, privacy settings • Real-time or near-real-time messaging so members can coordinate without leaving the site • An activity feed that surfaces new tasks, updates, and general community chatter in chronological order Beyond these essentials, the platform should be extensible: after the initial launch I plan to add richer task-management features, collaboration tools, and possibly time-tracking, so keep the architecture modular and well-documented. Tech stack is flexible, but I lean toward a modern JavaScript framework on the front end (React, Vue, or similar) paired with a scalable back end (Node, Python, or Go) and a relational database. If you have a better idea, pitch it—performance and maintainability come first. Deliverables 1. A deploy-ready web application fulfilling the three modules above 2. Clean, commented source code in a private repo 3. Basic documentation (setup, config, and developer hand-off) 4. One live demo session and up to two rounds of post-launch tweaks for bug fixes or minor adjustments If you’ve built social communities, task apps, or large-user systems before, let’s talk specifics and get this moving.
