Your main task is simple yet critical: craft timely, friendly, and accurate replies to incoming DMs and comment threads so every follower feels heard. Scope of work • Monitor my social-media inbox (Facebook & Instagram) during agreed-upon hours. • Draft clear, empathetic responses in Bahasa Indonesia that match my brand tone. • Flag sales leads or urgent issues for my review and keep a brief log. • Summarise recurring questions so we can refine future content.
