Job Title SMS Outreach Specialist (Twilio or similar) – Setup, Compliance, Bulk Sending Workflow (Facebook Leads) Overview We run a premium Colombia travel + VIP concierge service. We collect leads through Facebook/Instagram lead forms and need a specialist to reliably send first-contact SMS messages at scale with strong deliverability and full compliance (opt-out, consent handling, carrier rules). We have had issues with deliverability/account restrictions in the past, so we need someone who can solve the root problem (proper registration, messaging setup, content rules, throttling, and workflow) rather than “quick hacks”. What we need you to do 1) Choose and implement the correct SMS sending setup • Recommend the best approach for US/Canada deliverability (e.g., 10DLC with A2P registration, Toll-Free verification, or a combination). • Configure Messaging Service, sender number(s), and all required settings for compliance and throughput. • Ensure standard keywords and behavior are correct (STOP/START/HELP, opt-out confirmation, etc.). 2) Compliance + risk reduction • Confirm we can message these leads based on Facebook/IG form consent and advise on any improvements needed (double opt-in, confirmation, etc.). • Provide compliant message templates (brand identification + opt-out language), avoiding content that triggers carrier filtering. • Set up a suppression list and do-not-contact process we can operate. 3) Bulk-sending workflow we can run internally We need a simple workflow that supports: • Import leads from CSV / Google Sheets • De-duplication + basic segmentation (city interest, travel month, etc.) • Safe sending cadence (throttling), scheduling, and “quiet hours” • Logging: sent, delivered, replied, opted out, failed Deliverable can be: • A lightweight script (Node/Python) + instructions, OR • A minimal tool/automation (only if necessary) 4) Domains / links (optional, but preferred) We have multiple domains available and may use a lighter branding domain/subdomain for landing pages or tracking. • You may propose a setup using a subdomain (e.g., sms.ourdomain.com) or an alternate domain, but it must be transparent and compliant (no misleading routing intended to bypass provider policies). • If links are used, recommend best practices (tracking, short links, avoiding first-message link risk if needed). 5) Documentation + handoff • Provide a clear SOP (step-by-step) for a non-technical operator • A short handoff call to train us on day-to-day usage Access & Security • We prefer the system to run under our provider account (Twilio or equivalent). • We can grant limited access (user roles). • No access to servers or banking.
